Yoga for Women: Focusing On The Basics

Meditate during your workouts and use this time to have a conversation with yourself about your health: 'How do I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally?' 'Am I feeling coordinated and balanced today?' 'Is there something I should pay special attention to as I move through the day?'
